01Where can I find a gift card I bought in store?
Check your texts. We send your gift card details to your phone the same day you buy it.
02The link in my text shows a 404. Does my card still work?
Yes. That link only shows your balance, and it doesn’t open for every account. Your card still works as normal.
03The kiosk won’t take my gift card.
Double-check your phone number. When you’re asked to join SMS notifications, tap “Add Me” to activate your card.
04The system can’t find my gift card.
Let our staff know and share your phone number, and we’ll sort it out. You can also contact customer support.
05Why didn’t my balance go up after buying more cards?
Balances don’t stack. Cards are used one at a time, and the next one appears once the current one runs out. Want to know how many you have? Ask our staff or contact customer support.
